Channel Rubber

Double Faced Rubber Rails

Screen Clamping Rails

Unified Wire Screen Clamping Rails are available for all types of vibrating screens.
Vulcanized natural rubber clad rails absorb impact.
Clamping Rails are available in many styles. A-36 Steel Rails are standard.

Note: The recessed holes in all four models reduce head wear on the tension bolts.

Money saver steel rails
3/8" or 1/4" thick steel hole protector patch welded on to the steel rail.

Heavy duty steel rails
3/8" or 1/4" thick steel wear strip welded on the steel rail.

Double faced heavy duty steel rails
3/8" or 1/4" thick steel double faced wear strip welded on the steel rail.

Rubber steel rails
1/2" rubber vulcanized on to a 5/16" steel rail, with a 1/16" backing plate in between. Due to the flexibility of the patented vulcanized rubber tread design, large rocks hitting the rubber flex it inward, instead of penetrating and breaking the rubber.

Note: Available on all rails are a bolt gripper and hole support patch.
Wing Pulley Lagging

Rubber wing pulley lagging replaces worn out lagging at 1/4 the cost of a new pulley. Outlasts steel 3 to 1 and installs in minutes on site.

Spray Bar Deflectors

Spray Bar Deflectors deflect water evenly to wash material consistently and prevent isolated wear on the screen surface. Eliminating the nozzles - there is no nozzle to clog. Urethane Spray Bar Deflectors won't become sharp due to wear. This reduces a chance of injury during change out.


Drum Pulley Lagging

Pulley Lagging is an economical, convenient, long lasting method of lagging your drum pulley on site. Made of 1/2" thick natural rubber vulcanized to a precision formed steel backing plate which is easily tack-welded to the pulley.
